Strong understanding of civil procedure, taking and defending depositions and drafting pleadings
NY bar admission is required [NJ, PA and DE licenses are a plus]
Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Experience handling litigation involving consumer loans (contracts, loan agreements / modifications, wrongful foreclosure and other mortgage related litigation) is preferred
New York state and federal courts experience strongly preferred
