Responsibilities
Design and architect SAP SD and SAP SM solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead end-to-end solution design for Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes
Translate functional needs into scalable SAP system architectures
Provide expert guidance on SAP configuration, enhancements, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
Ensure best practices, standardization, and compliance with SAP roadmap
Oversee system performance, data integrity, and process optimization
Support testing strategies, cutover planning, and production deployments
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor team members and contribute to enterprise-wide SAP strategy
Analyze and implement SAP SD solutions to support warranty claims processes
Configure SAP SD functions for returns, credits, and warranty settlements
Integrate warranty claim processing with Sales, Service, and Finance modules
Manage claim validation, pricing, and approval workflows in SAP
Ensure accurate posting of warranty-related revenues and costs
Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate warranty requirements
Support interfaces with third-party or OEM warranty systems
Perform testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance support
Provide production support and continuous process improvements
Prepare documentation and train users on warranty claim processes
Manage and maintain SAP SD master data including customer, material, and pricing data
Configure and govern customer master, material master, and condition records
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business rules
Support sales processes such as order management, billing, and shipping through master data
Coordinate with MM, FI, and other modules for integrated master data management
Define data standards, validation rules, and approval workflows
Perform data migration, cleansing, and mass data updates
Troubleshoot master data–related issues impacting SD processes
Prepare documentation and provide user training on master data procedures
Drive continuous improvement and data quality initiatives
