Grants Project Manager
ATC is seeking a Certified Project Manager III to manage and coordinate the development, management, and implementation of high-profile initiatives supporting services provided to children and families. The role involves overseeing the Preschool Development Grant, managing budgets and grant deliverables, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the development, management, and implementation of high-profile initiatives supporting services provided to children and families
Provide project management support for the Preschool Development Grant, including oversight and tracking of budgets and grant deliverables, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Full lifecycle project management across assigned initiatives
Development and maintenance of work plans and timelines
Evaluation and tracking
Executive-level communication
Qualification
Required
Project Management (10+ years)
Development of Project Artifacts (project plans, charters, status reports, etc.) (10+ years)
Written and Verbal Communication (7+ years)
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Preparing Written Reports (7+ years)
Preparing Executive Briefings (5+ years)
MS Project or equivalent project management tools (5+ years)
Certified PMP or recognized project management curriculum (REQUIRED at time of submission)
Candidate must provide three (3) business references; one must be a supervisory reference
A real-time screenshot photo of the candidate must be uploaded upon interview confirmation
Candidate must be physically located in the United States; no work outside the US permitted
DCF does not sponsor work visas
Background check required (7-year standard); fingerprinting as applicable
Candidate must complete all onboarding documents and required security training
Preferred
Experience supporting or overseeing grant-funded programs, particularly on the business side
Experience working with multiple technologies and cross-functional enterprise teams
