Responsibilities
Support and administer Active Directory (users, groups, computers, OUs, GPOs)
Manage DNS, Group Policy, DFS, and AD Sites & Services
Support Windows Server environments (up to Server 2022)
Manage Active Directory trusts , schema, and attributes
Perform backup and restore of AD objects
Manage NTFS and share permissions
Support PKI / AD Certificate Services
Administer ADFS and identity federation services
Support Entra ID (Azure AD) , Office 365 , and Azure AD Connect
Manage identity platforms such as Okta (Universal Directory)
Use PowerShell or scripting to automate tasks
Work with security and recovery tools (e.g., AD auditing and forest recovery tools)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Okta
Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple domains/forests
Knowledge of privileged identity/access management (PIM/PAM)
Experience with Active Directory backup, recovery, and auditing
Strong understanding of Windows Server and Windows Firewall
Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Knowledge of PKI and certificate management
Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems
Experience working in regulated or compliant environments (e.g., FedRAMP)
Preferred
Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint
