Responsibilities
Draft, review, revise and negotiate a wide variety of customer and partner agreements including licensing SaaS, professional services, support, DPAs, BAAs, & the like, NDAs, amendments, and other agreements with the support of our playbooks and the legal team
Provide contractual guidance to internal clients
Continuously streamline, scale and drive greatness in Archer's contract operations as Archer grows by using software tools, new and improved processes, templates and guides, intellect, and out-of-the-box thinking
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience negotiating technology agreements
Sense of humor
Passionate about building relationships and collaborating with legal teammates and key stakeholders
Customer-focused mindset and excellent internal client-facing demeanor
Problem solver and highly responsive
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Team player who can effectively engage with other members of the legal department and other functional groups
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable working with high-performing sales team
