Responsibilities
Installs new customers and complete documentation of installation
Serve existing customer with Service Calls at customers house
Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educate customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home
Upkeep of company and customer equipment by following operation instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance
