Account Executive – California (Remote)
FitUp is a cloud-based solution provider revolutionizing the management of medical equipment and IT components. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, drive sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities
Own the California territory from prospecting through close
Run targeted outbound campaigns
Lead discovery calls, demos, and solution-based conversations
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deals in HubSpot
Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B software sales experience
Proven quota attainment and pipeline management
Sales and client relationship management experience, including the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Consultative, value-driven selling style
Strong skills in presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation
Knowledge of project management principles
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Preferred
Prior experience in managing accounts or sales in technology, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or a related field preferred
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
