Digital Designer
Healthcasts is a fast-growing healthcare media company seeking a Digital Designer to join their team. The role involves executing digital creative for healthcare-focused campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused designs that meet the demands of the healthcare space.
Responsibilities
Design and produce digital assets including websites, microsites, banner ads, emails, infographics, and presentations
Apply UX/UI best practices and ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design
Assist with basic HTML/CSS build (emails, banners, possibility for interactive web assets- template based)
Assist with tag implementation for digital assets
Maintain and evolve brand identity across multiple pharmaceutical brands
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative is aligned, on-brand, and review-ready
Present and explain design choices clearly and professionally
Work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in digital design or production
Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required; HCP-facing campaign work a major plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, InDesign) + PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of responsive design
HTML/CSS experience
Experience in applying tags to digital assets
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Must be available to work standard East Coast hours (approx. 9AM–6PM ET)
