Responsibilities
Enter and maintain interface records in ServiceNow based on design documentation and intake requests
Update existing interface data resulting from QA findings, decommissions, or revisions
Run reports and ensure adherence to naming conventions and interface status standards
Collaborate with interface architects and developers to clarify and validate interface details
Maintain organized records of interface revisions and supporting documentation
Perform issue investigation and data cleanup based on QA reports
Coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of HL7 v2 interfaces (ADT, ORM/OM, MDM, etc.)
6–12 months of hands-on or support experience
Strong understanding of SFTP
Ability to understand interface flows and logical groupings
Preferred
Familiarity with API and P2P interfaces
Basic understanding of ServiceNow (training provided)
Experience with Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
Experience with Lucidchart
