Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and support Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, and related peripherals

Deploy, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security patches using tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar platforms

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users

Build and maintain standard operating environments (SOE) and golden images

Implement endpoint security controls, including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies

Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management for end‑user devices

Collaborate with IT teams to improve automation, streamline processes, and enhance the end‑user experience

Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated incidents and service requests

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Participate in technology upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects

Required

Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments

Proficiency with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, PDQ)

Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
