Responsibilities
Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review
Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to their full functionality
Develop and implement best recruiting practices and talent acquisition strategies
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning goals
Conduct employee assessments and candidate evaluations
Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
Support sales recruitment and other specialized hiring needs within Wealth Management
Act as a strong business partner and problem solver in staffing decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience in professional recruitment, preferably within financial services or wealth management
Strong consultation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proven ability to prioritize work, manage multiple searches, and meet deadlines
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to assess talent and align candidates with business needs
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Preferred
Understanding of Private Client Advisor (PCA) support functions
Awareness of account opening, money movement, and investment trade processes
Knowledge of client relationship management and wealth planning concepts
Basic understanding of risk management and compliance, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
Appreciation for operational documentation and regulatory requirements within financial services
Series 7 (required or obtained within 120 days of employment)
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam if registered after October 1, 2018
Series 66 (or 63/65) to be obtained within 120 days
Life and Health Insurance license to be obtained within 120 days
