Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate all onsite corrugator maintenance activities
Own preventive and corrective maintenance effectiveness
Optimize and manage the onsite spare parts warehouse
Lead, coach, and motivate the M2P maintenance team
Ensure a safe, healthy, and accountable work environment
Drive ownership of equipment condition and performance
Analyze downtime and production issues
Implement technical and procedural improvements
Partner with both customer and BHS teams to increase uptime
Daily interaction with plant leadership
Lead weekly maintenance meetings
Support plant goals around output, reliability, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)
Previous supervisory or lead experience
Strong background with PLC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, and industrial controls
Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing skills
Ability to perform in a high-accountability, high-visibility environment
