IT Technician

They are seeking a motivated IT Technician to support end users, assist with daily IT operations, and contribute to projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2–3 technical support for Windows and some macOS/iOS devices, including hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD/Entra ID environments and local Active Directory environments
Deploy, configure, and maintain devices via Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, authentication, and device performance
Log, track, and update user requests and incidents in the company ticketing system to ensure timely resolution and reporting
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user how-to guides
Participate in IT projects, able to take ownership from planning through delivery with minimal oversight
Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify technological improvements and efficiencies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS platforms
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune administration
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must be authorized to work in the USA
