Gulf Coast Sales Manager
Koehler Instrument Company is seeking an experienced, self-driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the Gulf Coast territory. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships, overseeing key distributor partnerships, and driving technical sales of laboratory instruments used in petroleum and industrial testing.

Responsibilities
Own sales activity across the Gulf Coast region, including TX, LA, MS, and AL
Build relationships with refineries, contract labs, research facilities, and distributors
Drive revenue through new business development, strategic account growth, and technical presentations
Provide pre- and post-sale support, including demonstrations, pricing, and product guidance
Collaborate with product, marketing, and service teams to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records in CRM; report on forecast and pipeline health
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B technical sales, preferably in laboratory, instrumentation, or industrial markets
Proven success managing a territory with direct customer and distributor interaction
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the Gulf Coast (must have valid driver's license)
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technical field
Preferred
Background in petroleum, chemical, or refining sectors
Experience working with ASTM standards or compliance-focused sales
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
