Responsibilities

Act as a trusted analytics advisor to Supply Chain stakeholders across Planning, Logistics, and Sourcing
Define, prioritize, and translate supply chain analytics needs into scalable data and BI solutions
Develop and execute a Supply Chain data and analytics roadmap aligned to business objectives
Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, and AI/ML initiatives, from requirements through implementation
Define and standardize Supply Chain KPIs and performance metrics
Architect and deliver solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, and advanced analytics platforms
Embed analytics into core supply chain processes to enable actionable, real-time decision making
Promote adoption of analytics and a data-driven culture across the Supply Chain organization
Establish and oversee data governance processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance
Monitor usage, adoption, and value realization of Supply Chain BI and analytics applications
Lead stakeholder communications, updates, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with BI & Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver timely, high-impact solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
7+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 3 years in a people or project leadership role
Deep expertise in Supply Chain domains including demand and supply planning, forecasting, logistics, and sourcing
Proven track record leading cross-functional, enterprise-level BI and data initiatives
Strong understanding of enterprise BI platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, or similar tools
Ability to translate complex business challenges into analytical and technical solutions
Strong business acumen with the ability to align analytics with strategic objectives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Experience promoting analytics adoption and data-driven decision making

Preferred

Certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik Sense, or other BI platforms a plus!
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies a major plus!
Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 great to have!
