Responsibilities
Write, own, and optimize complex SQL Server queries
Build and maintain SSRS reports supporting healthcare operations and finance
Analyze healthcare data with a strong understanding of business context
Validate data accuracy, compliance, and reporting quality
Partner closely with business, quality, and IT stakeholders
Document logic, data sources, and reporting methodology
Follow issues end to end rather than handing off incomplete work
Qualification
Required
Advanced SQL Server experience including complex queries, joins, and schema understanding
Strong SSRS reporting experience
Healthcare data analysis experience including claims or financial data
Ability to translate business needs into accurate and compliant reporting
Preferred
MEDITECH experience
IBM AS 400 exposure
