Premium Finance Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and grow your book of business by establishing new People’s Premium Finance contacts through investigating leads, prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales while onboarding new insurance agent Customers
Open and build new relationships with prospective agencies / brokerages
Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the portfolio of active customers
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers and implement program enhancements
Learn and effectively communicate technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships
Foster good working relationships with support Associates in Lee Summit, MO., including Client Account Executive and managers

Required

College graduate or experience equivalent
3 years or more outside sales experience in the financial services / insurance related field
High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven to succeed
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales / closing skills
Passion for selling, Leadership skills and confidence to drive team and achieve goals
Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types
Detailed-oriented, highly organized & Persistent
Outgoing and positive personality
Strong computer skills, including use of a CRM (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Products
Valid Driver License with clean record

Preferred

Experience equivalent to college graduate
Marketing experience within an insurance environment is a plus
2 years outside sales experience
