The HR Shared Services Intern will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, assisting with orientation, onboarding, record management, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to your assigned department
Schedule meetings
Assist with correspondence
Maintain standard department materials and manage distribution
Perform data entry and conduct analyses as assigned
Perform research
Compile and present findings
Support the Human Resources team in orientation, onboarding, record management and compliance processes
Qualification
Required
Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Well-built organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
