Represent leading brands at retail activations, live events, and pop-up campaigns
Start real conversations with shoppers to understand their needs and introduce the right products
Build product interest through compelling sales-driven messaging
Set up eye-catching brand displays in-store or at local events
Support your team in achieving daily and weekly sales goals
Collect feedback and insights to improve campaign performance
Receive structured training and mentorship from experienced sales leaders
Qualification
Required
Reliable and adaptable — every day brings something new
A people-person who loves starting conversations and building rapport
Confidence, drive, and a genuine desire to learn sales from the ground up
High energy and reliable — retail events are fast-paced and team-based
Comfortable commuting to Santa Ana and event sites around the area
Must have U.S. work authorization
No sales or event experience required — we'll teach you everything!
