They are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in MEP consulting for mission-critical and data center facilities, responsible for power strategy, redundancy architecture, and serving as a senior technical authority.

Responsibilities
Act as electrical technical lead for mission‑critical and data center projects
Lead design of utility interconnections, substations, MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear
Define and validate redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N, distributed)
Develop and oversee Basis of Design documents and technical standards
Advise clients on power density, load growth, phasing, and lifecycle strategy
Support fast‑track delivery models (design‑build, phased campus delivery)
Mentor senior engineers and provide QA/QC oversight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
15+ years of experience in electrical MEP consulting, with a strong focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities
Proven leadership on large-scale hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or government data center projects
Expert knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and Uptime Institute standards
