Responsibilities
User Experience Research
Develop a deep understanding of our users through interviews and usability studies
Gather insights using product analytics and business intelligence tools
Run workshops (e.g., design sprints) to help the product team and stakeholders define the product vision and specific features
Define requirements for new features, deliver polished designs, and clearly articulate design decisions
Product Strategy
Incorporate feedback from business stakeholders, users, and engineers, iterating rapidly on designs
Prioritize features based on business and user needs
Plan product experiments and determine success metrics using data
Contribute ideas for product innovation to boost growth or user delight, and develop a perspective on Pinch's long-term product vision
User Interface Design
Design user interfaces that apply the brand guidelines
Build and maintain our design system in collaboration with frontend engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product design
Proficient in design tools such as Figma
