Lead and manage procurement activities with a focus on supplier evaluation, contract management, and negotiations to meet organizational goals
Developing procurement strategies
Managing supplier relationships
Analyzing procurement data to drive efficiencies and cost savings
Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and support the company's operational requirements
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and relationship management to ensure consistent quality and reliability
Strong expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to achieve favorable terms and ensure compliance
Exceptional Analytical Skills and decision-making abilities to optimize procurement strategies
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Procurement processes, methodologies, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry is beneficial
