Responsibilities
Workplace Operations & Data Analyst will help ensure the smooth daily functioning of the Education and Development Center (EDC) by combining hands-on operational support with actionable insights derived from dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
Role is ideal for experienced in creating Power BI dashboards, enhancing training center operations, and transforming data into meaningful decisions
As part of the facilities and business intelligence team, you will support the EDC in Cary by delivering internal services related to education delivery and analytics
Will help ensure training programs run efficiently, and support managers, trainers, and learners while contributing to both strategic and operational excellence
Duties Include:
Ensure training facilities are prepared and fully operational
Provide on-site support to customers, instructors, and staff
Manage user accounts, system access, and permissions
Maintain and distribute technical, safety, and training materials
Perform analysis, reporting, and database management for training operations
Track KPIs and performance metrics to drive improvements
Create reports, presentations, and budget-related documentation
Support education-related projects and process improvements
Deliver training and communications for new processes
Coordinate procurement and vendor interactions
Serve as an escalation point for operational issues
Partner with IT to ensure reliable education infrastructure
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports
Create simple Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate
Work with stakeholders to define metrics and improve data visualizations
Build lightweight apps with Power Apps (e.g., intake forms, asset check‑in/out, classroom readiness checks) and automate workflows with Power Automate (e.g., confirmations, reminders, post‑class surveys)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Proven success in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to fulfill key responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams
Basic working knowledge of SAP
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI (data modeling, DAX basics, visuals, refresh schedules), Power Apps (canvas apps), and Power Automate (flows, connectors)
Data mindset: able to clean/merge datasets, validate logic, and communicate insights clearly
Serves as a point of authority and source of knowledge in area of expertise
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of business practices and contributes to issue resolution
Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities effectively
Results-driven, action-oriented, and committed to positive customer impact while balancing business needs
Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace, preferably in diagnostic imaging and therapy
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation delivery
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport across all organizational levels
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
