Learning & Development Training Academy Director

Responsibilities
Manage the technical infrastructure and coordinate utilization of training facilities
Create and deploy an overall business plan for the Technology Hub, including utilization metrics, operating cost and development of revenue streams
Partner with Marketing and HR/Recruiting on facility appearance and use to help “market” Voltyx to both customers and job seekers/candidates
Facilitate Customer Solutions efforts and similar Technical Lab initiatives. Coordinate customer events/activities with the Sales and Operations departments
Oversee virtual/remote technical support for Voltyx Field Technicians. Includes using technologies to provide real-time remote troubleshooting and mentoring
Research, develop approach and lead the organization into the next generation of remote technical support capabilities (AR/AI/VR, etc.). Stay current on emerging technologies and disseminate to applicable parts of the organization
Qualification
Required
Direct experience with Facilities Management (preferably training facilities)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Learning or a related field
Preferred
Masters/MBA
Some technical knowledge of the Power Industry
Some exposure to Technology based research & support
