Qualification
Required
Experience with Major Gifts and Annual Giving programs
Expertise in Fundraising and Philanthropy, with a proven track record of successfully securing Corporate support
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for development-related initiatives
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders
Proven experience building relationships with individuals, organizations, and community members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising tools and CRM systems is highly desirable
