Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant
DayBook Financial Group is seeking a highly experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong payroll and HR administration skills. This role manages day-to-day accounting operations, payroll compliance, accounts receivable and collections, and HR processes while supporting leadership with accurate reporting and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities
Full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors with automation support; investigate and resolve discrepancies requiring human judgment
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll processing; payroll tax review; employee changes
HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, compliance tracking, policy support, employee files
Benefits coordination and timekeeping oversight
Review customer invoices and manage collections follow-up, including system-generated reminders and collection calls
Prepare financial statements, reporting schedules, and documentation for CPA and auditors
Maintain vendor records, contracts, renewals, and payment schedules
Support leadership with operational tasks, communication follow-up, and administrative coordination
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong payroll and HR administration background
Proficient in QuickBooks (Online), Excel, and cloud-based tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and confidentiality standards
Preferred
At least 5 years of bookkeeping and executive support experience
Comfortable with heavy phone work
Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and collections
