Responsibilities
Technical leadership: Oversee the design, creation, and adoption of DevOps practices and capabilities across the organization
Automation and CI/CD: Design and implement automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery
Collaboration: Work with development and operations teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery
Mentorship: Train and mentor other team members in DevOps best practices and tools
Solution architecture: Architect and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions, often across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Qualification
Required
8-10 Years of experience
Expertise in major cloud providers like AWS, Azure
Deep knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
Proficiency with tools like Terraform and Ansible
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS)
Strong scripting skills and knowledge of programming languages relevant to DevOps tasks
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
