They are seeking an Application Delivery Administration / SCCM Administrator to engage with application owners and develop technical solutions while providing third-level support and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities
Engage application owners, developers, and vendors to develop technical solutions
Create application packages in MSI and virtual formats
Maintain Windows updates using Configuration Manager 2012
Create deployment plans to mitigate risk, minimize conflict, and optimize effort
Partner with support teams to socialize desktop changes and gather feedback
Provide input into strategic direction and deliver technical leadership within the Application Delivery team
Own and implement process and technical improvements, including documentation and compliance
Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment
Provide third-level support for packages, deployments, and Windows update issues
Deliver desktop troubleshooting support during high-impact events
Develop automated solutions to replace manual interventions
Engage with project teams to provide packaging and deployment support
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Windows desktop systems management experience in a large enterprise environment
2+ years of PowerShell and desktop scripting experience
Experience creating MSI and virtual application packages
Experience with Windows OS update management via Configuration Manager 2012
Experience with desktop deployment planning and risk mitigation
Experience providing third-level support for application packaging and deployments
Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
Preferred
Experience with SCCM or MDM administration
Experience with automation and a continuous integration platform such as Jenkins
Experience with Mac OS and Apple scripting
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
