Head of GTM & Customer Experience
Glocap Tech is an early-stage AI business operating as a subsidiary of a large financial services data company. The role involves leading the go-to-market and customer experience strategy for AI-native products, focusing on building customer relationships and driving product adoption.
Responsibilities
Own the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales support, onboarding, adoption, feedback loops, and renewal influence
Manage deep, hands-on relationships with 7–15 enterprise-level tax and accounting firm customers, focusing on workflow-level engagement and measurable outcomes
Meet regularly with customers to understand their jobs-to-be-done, uncover pain points, and synthesize insights for product and engineering teams
Partner closely with parent company sales teams to deliver live product demos and support complex enterprise sales cycles
Enable TR Customer Success Managers through in-depth feature walkthroughs, use-case articulation, and implementation guidance
Act as the primary evangelist for the AI platform within an established financial services company, translating value to new audiences and building strong cross-domain relationships
Work directly with Product to develop and prioritize features based on customer impact, commercial value, and scalability
Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in close partnership with Engineering
Bring strong product ownership instincts, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and P&L considerations
Design and implement foundational customer success and GTM processes, tools, and operating cadence
Establish success metrics, feedback mechanisms, and engagement models that scale as the business grows
Operate hands-on today, with a clear path to building and leading a broader GTM / CX function over time
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of management consulting experience, ideally serving tax, accounting, or financial services clients
3–8 years driving GTM motions in a SaaS or financial services technology company
Strong notions of product ownership, commercial accountability, and P&L responsibility
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments and build 0→1
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
Ability and willingness to work on-site in San Francisco
Preferred
Exceptionally driven, builder-minded operator with a bias toward ownership
Stable and progressive responsibility within SaaS focused on tax
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution in the same day
Strong communicator who can translate technical capability into clear business value
Energized by customer interaction and shaping products through real-world usage
