Global Social Media Manager

They are seeking a highly creative and strategic Global Social Media Manager to enhance their brand presence on social channels, engage with the community, and drive content strategy across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary global voice of Grown Alchemist across all social channels, with a focus on building the US audience
Proactively engage with our community, responding to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-appropriate manner to build strong, authentic relationships
Support the global marketing team in managing our advocacy and influencer programs via the Duel (or similar) Platform, including identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with brand advocates and micro-influencers
Monitor social conversations, trends, and sentiment to provide insights back to the global team
Own and manage the end-to-end content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest & YouTube ensuring a consistent and elevated brand narrative
Develop a strategic content mix, including educational skincare science, brand storytelling, user-generated content, and trend-led creative
Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to brief and produce high-quality, engaging assets (static, video, GIFs) that align with our aesthetic
Create and edit short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) in-house, showcasing a strong sense of storytelling and an understanding of platform-specific trends
Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, audience sentiment, advocacy program ROI) on a weekly and monthly basis
Use data and insights to continually optimize content strategy, posting schedules, and community engagement tactics
Provide regular reports to the global team, highlighting successes, opportunities, and key learnings
Work collaboratively with the global marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure social strategy is aligned with broader brand campaigns and product launches
Adapt global campaign messaging for the US market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact

Required

Highly creative, strategic, and data-savvy Social Media Manager
Master of the social media landscape, particularly TikTok and Instagram
Understanding of the beauty and wellness consumer
Serve as the primary global voice of Grown Alchemist across all social channels
Proactively engage with the community, responding to comments and DMs in a timely manner
Support the global marketing team in managing advocacy and influencer programs
Monitor social conversations, trends, and sentiment
Own and manage the end-to-end content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest & YouTube
