Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 support for devices and peripherals
Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
Manage user accounts and permissions in Azure AD
Support software deployments and updates
Monitor system performance and escalate issues
Assist with network and printer troubleshooting
Document processes and resolutions
Contribute to support workflow improvements
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of professional IT support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft products
Understanding of networking and infrastructure basics
Experience with ticketing systems
Strong communication skills with non-technical users
Preferred
Exposure to architecture or engineering software
Experience supporting CAD workstations
