Support the firm’s Corporate Incentives practice on transactional matters
Assist with analyzing, structuring, and documenting government incentive programs
Collaborate with partners and associates on complex, high-level corporate matters
Conduct legal research and draft related transactional documents
Qualification
Required
Mid-level transactional attorney (typically 3–6 years of experience)
Strong corporate or general transactional background
Active bar membership in the state where you reside (required)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Experience with government incentives, tax credits, or economic development matters is a plus, but not required
