Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical circuits, systems, and assemblies
Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Select electrical components and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Support prototype build, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Conduct electrical testing, validation, and verification
Participate in design reviews and risk assessments
Support manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities
Investigate and resolve electrical failures and field issues
Ensure designs comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
Maintain engineering documentation and manage design changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
0–3 years of experience (internships or co-op experience preferred for junior roles)
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Experience with circuit design, power systems, or control systems
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Eagle)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
