Responsibilities
Create, release, and manage material purchase orders in SAP
Execute purchasing for materials, spare parts, and MRO items
Expedite open POs and monitor delivery timelines
Identify and resolve material shortages and delays
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation
Provide regular status updates on open and overdue orders
Qualification
Required
7+ years in materials purchasing and expediting
Oil & gas or industrial/manufacturing environment
Strong SAP (mandatory)
Knowledge of POs, source lists, outline agreements
Ability to manage lead times and delivery risks
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High school diploma required
Preferred
Bachelor's in Supply Chain preferred
