Responsibilities
Serve as the Finance Lead for all things Fan Funding, from Planning and Analysis (P&L) oversight and analytics to being a thought leader on how to accelerate growth of the product portfolio, distilling insights to help drive critical decision-making and investment trade-offs
Partner with key products and business leaders to support innovation and sustainability in YouTube Fan Funding product portfolio
Own the monthly, annual, and long-term forecasting, budgeting and planning, variance/reconciliation process for YouTube Fan Funding
Complete ad hoc business analyses and present insights to executive YouTube and Google leadership that include data-driven recommendations that guide decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
Preferred
Experience with SQL and SAP
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Ability to persuade through disciplined use of data; comfort distilling complex topics into concise narratives for executive consumption
Ability for exceptional dexterity with presentation and spreadsheet tools
Excellent Investigative, communication and teamwork skills
