Market Specialist
Financial WELLNESS Global is a new leader in providing comprehensive financial care support. They are seeking a Market Specialist to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across various sectors including financial organizations and healthcare.
Responsibilities
Develop our channel partner strategy to grow revenue and expand market presence
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including life insurance carriers, benefits consultants, health plans, and other strategic channels
Collaborate with Account Executives and Business Development Reps to support sales efforts by leveraging existing and emerging partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals
Represent Financial WELLNESS Global at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Stay closely aligned with our product and content roadmap to ensure partners understand and can communicate our value
Work cross-functionally to build scalable systems and processes to support growth
Act as an individual contributor, with potential to grow into a team leadership role
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within healthcare, insurance, or benefits
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and the financial, insurance and benefits landscape
Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and growing long-term partner relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience using sales engagement tools
A collaborative, proactive mindset — with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
High level of ownership, accountability, and a passion for making an impact
