Responsibilities
Acquiring a broad knowledge of group and individual voluntary product portfolio and service offerings, including Colonial Life’s products and services
Attending group meetings and preparing employee enrollment packets (brochures, forms, rate sheets, etc.)
Conducting 1-to-1 enrollment sessions and enrolling new policies
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate effectively (oral and written)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive, results-driven with a 'can-do' attitude and strong commitment
Proficient in health insurance and Microsoft Excel
Life and health license required (can be obtained through Colonial Life)
