Responsibilities

Create, format, and edit documents in Microsoft Word according to the employer’s preferred styles (font, margins, layout, columns)
Download, organize, and format photos, articles, and online content; compile into clean, readable documents
Prepare a daily activity sheet outlining completed tasks, project status, and next steps
Print, copy, and file documents as needed
Assist with minor computer issues; escalate major issues to an external consultant
Ensure the smooth daily functioning of the primary residence and separate studio
Monitor staff attendance and communicate any absences to the employer
Answer the phone, intercom, and door
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Communicate new tasks and updates to staff
Reconcile and track the chef’s purchases
Order household supplies and ensure inventory is maintained
Manage assorted online purchasing on behalf of the employer
Research and identify vendors for various household and studio projects
Document project requirements and present summaries and vendor options
Supervise non‑employee workers on-site as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related documentation and details

Superior organizational and time‑management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; strong knowledge of Excel and internet research
High comfort level with Apple products and related applications

Tech‑savvy and comfortable supporting day‑to‑day computer issues
