Responsibilities
Experience in Mainframe development and production support, handling large-scale banking, insurance, and healthcare applications
Expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, ENDEVOR, with strong knowledge of batch processing, online transactions, and database optimization
Proven track record of leading teams (12–14 developers), mentoring juniors, and coordinating between onsite clients and offshore teams
Hands-on experience in complex financial and insurance workflows, including corporate credit card hierarchy management, billing cycles, and claims processing
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, including abends analysis, batch job optimization, and DB2 query performance tuning
Experienced in Agile/DevOps methodologies, system integration, regression testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
