Responsibilities

Identify what owned land can be used - build roadmap of available space (determine organization of land, regions, etc.)

If no owned land is available in the area required, are there any active pursuits of property that could be purchased?

Set up a standardized process of how to execute setting up a new yard

Works cross functionally CRESS (Corporate Real Estate and Strategy Services), LEAPS (Land Environmental and Permitting Services), local crews, etc

Data Analysis

Communicate with multiple crossfunctional teams

Very high-level/basic finance information: Pull monthly budget; Be able to flag issues/discrepancies; Reviewing Spend
