Responsibilities
Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Ensure test coverage aligns with business-critical workflows and regulatory requirements
Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate in architecture reviews and solution design to ensure testability
Support user acceptance testing and assist with production issue analysis
Carry out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years in QA, preferably in banking or fintech
Strong understanding of automated software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc)
Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs, and data synchronization workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Must be able to lift to 20 pounds
