Responsibilities
Develop and nurture trusted client relationships by identifying financial priorities, objectives, and risk profiles through detailed needs assessments
Deliver tailored financial recommendations, including investment strategies, retirement solutions, insurance planning, fee-based financial plans, and wealth management services, with support from our in-house Financial Planning Team
Review and analyze client portfolios on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with evolving goals and market conditions
Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends to provide informed, timely guidance
Partner with internal specialists, including investment leadership and insurance professionals, to create integrated financial solutions
Lead clients through the discovery process, account setup, and required documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions regarding account activity, performance, and general financial matters
Proactively grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-driven mindset with demonstrated success in sales or business development
Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience within the financial services industry
