Responsibilities

Works with the Senior Territory Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets
Conduct high-volume prospecting and lead generation, including cold outreach, referral follow-up, and nurturing early-stage opportunities to build pipeline for the territory
Assist with and independently perform in-person product demonstrations for technologists, physicians, and purchasing stakeholders at assigned accounts
Manage smaller and mid-tier accounts, including routine follow-ups, accessory sales, and ongoing customer engagement to maintain and expand relationships
Support on-site product installations, in-service training, and customer onboarding for new accounts, ensuring smooth adoption and high satisfaction
Collaborate closely with the Senior TSM, Sales Specialists, Electrode team, and IONM team in team-selling efforts for hospitals, IDNs, and key opinion leader accounts
Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce CRM, including opportunity updates, activity logging, and contribution to territory forecasting and reporting
Participate in industry trade shows, regional events, and continuing education as directed
Serve as a customer advocate by coordinating support resources and relaying feedback to internal teams
Stay current on Cadwell Neurodiagnostic products, clinical applications, and competitive landscape through ongoing training
Perform other duties as assigned to drive territory growth and team objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or a related discipline
1–3 years of professional sales experience (medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare preferred; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered)
Demonstrated success in a sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing role with a track record of meeting activity or quota goals
Strong prospecting and lead-generation discipline with the ability to execute consistently in a field environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to clinical and technical audiences
Consultative selling approach focused on understanding customer needs and positioning solutions
High energy, self-motivation, excellent organization skills, and ability to thrive with coaching and direction from a senior leader
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
Comfort working in clinical settings and building relationships with healthcare professionals
Approximately 70–80% travel within the assigned territory (average of 2–3 overnights per week), with occasional national travel for training/events
Must have a valid driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (demo equipment) and work flexible hours to meet customer schedules
