Manage all phases of mechanical l construction projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and contract documents
Review and manage project change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
Lead project teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in mechanical
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, and code requirements
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
