Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and validate contractor schedules to ensure accuracy and credibility
Perform schedule health assessments, forensic analysis, and delay evaluations
Provide early warnings and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders
Prepare and present schedule reports and executive-level decks
Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings with clients, GCs, and project teams
Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and recovery schedules
Develop “what-if” scenarios to support informed decision-making
Implement scheduling best practices and drive program-wide standardization
Develop scheduling KPIs and dashboards
Partner with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support ad-hoc and recurring schedule and data analysis requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6
1–3 years of data center or mission-critical project experience
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and installation practices
Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience reviewing TIAs and recovery schedules
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Collaborative, results-oriented mindset
