Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Oversee the development and execution of successful product launch campaigns, ensuring maximum market impact and consumer engagement
Build and enhance the Shark Beauty brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all channels
Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand voice
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive online engagement and sales
Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance SharkNinja's marketing strategy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Expertise in product launches and brand strategy
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and financial management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing impact
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
