Responsibilities
Complete monthly financial close and forecasting processes for PO&T IT
Track accrual completion and map unmapped project and run spend
Manage finance issue logs and ensure timely resolution
Prepare monthly reports and analyze data to provide insights to the PO&T IT Portfolio Manager
Follow up with project and run owners to ensure timelines are met and variance drivers are captured
Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries from PO&T IT
Create monthly portfolio review updates using data from financial systems, Project Managers, and System Enhancement owners
Develop materials for monthly CIO reviews covering financials, renewals, and overall portfolio health
Support quarterly rebaseline activities and the annual budgeting process (AOP)
Act as financial analyst on key projects, identifying variance drivers and improving forecast accuracy
Qualification
