Own and grow the firm’s tax planning and preparation service line
Collaborate with financial advisors to integrate tax strategy into holistic plans
Deliver proactive planning (Roth conversions, RMD planning, Medicare/IRMAA awareness, Social Security optimization)
Oversee internal accounting coordination and ensure clean, consistent tax workflows
Improve processes, templates, and client-facing deliverables to raise the standard of service
Qualification
Required
EA designation or Associate's degree in Accounting
3+ years of professional tax preparation and planning experience
Proficiency with professional tax software (ProSeries, Lacerte, or Drake)
Preferred
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
QuickBooks and small business bookkeeping experience
