Responsibilities

Lead the design of intuitive interfaces and multimodal experiences for Applied AI, ensuring interactions are natural and efficient across all platforms

Partner with Product and Engineering to define product strategy and influence cross-functional decisions that prioritize user outcomes

Use a systems-oriented approach to design probabilistic, multimodal interfaces that balance individual components with the overall AI experience

Create high-fidelity visuals and fluid, interactive prototypes using tools to communicate complex AI behaviors

Stay ahead of Generative AI trends to build ethical, impactful solutions that translate technical capabilities into human-centric tools

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in product design or UX

5 years of experience in interaction design across two or more of the following platforms (e.g., Android, iOS, Web)

Preferred

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

12 years of experience in product design or UX

5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization

4 years of experience leading design projects

3 years of experience working with executive leaders

Demonstrated expertise in designing intuitive, goal-oriented interactions for AI-driven products and agentic platforms
