Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation planning, execution, and freight payment
Configure OTM modules including:
Order Management
Shipment Planning and Execution
Rate Management
Itinerary and Network Modeling
Freight Settlement and Invoicing
Define and maintain:
Locations, regions, lanes, and service providers
Rates, rate offerings, accessorials, and contracts
Support shipment tracking, carrier assignment, and exception management
Configure business rules, agents, and workflows to automate transportation processes
Assist in testing activities (SIT, UAT) and provide production support
Configure GTM for trade compliance and customs processes, including:
Restricted Party Screening (RPS)
Trade Controls
Import/Export Compliance
Product Classification (HS codes)
Set up trade agreements, tariffs, duties, and taxes
Support license management and document generation
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and company policies
Work with integration teams on OTM/GTM interfaces with:
Oracle Fusion SCM
ERP (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement)
External carriers and customs systems
Validate master data and transactional data flows
Support EDI, XML, and file-based integrations
Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and configuration documents
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support cutover activities and go-live readiness
Provide post–go-live support and hypercare
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Oracle OTM and/or GTM functional implementation
Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and global trade processes
Hands-on experience in OTM configuration and GTM compliance setups
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus
